I would like to tell you how much we are enjoying these amazing fire logs. We read a little about them & when I went in & talked to Dee Dee she was so good about letting me know how to use them. She is not only easy to talk to she's very helpful. The first night we use the logs it was so great that the house was still warm the next morning. There has been a couple of times the house was so warm we had to turn on a fan. I tell everyone about these fire logs. They are great & we plan on using for along time. There is no other logs that even compare. We live in Foresthill & we get snow & sometimes the power goes out, but not to worry these logs keep everyone very warm. Hey Dee Dee, I love my energy logs!! It's interesting how you can feel the difference in heat between the energy logs and the oak we burn. The oak definitely burns faster and not as hot as the logs. I live in Nevada (basically a couple miles north of South Lake Tahoe) and am willing to make the drive to Renewable Energy Products in Auburn. Why? Well, Auburn holds fond memories for me and I do know where this place is at because an ex-gf lived there, but that's a different (long and sad) love story. However, these folks supply energy logs and wood pellets and very reasonable rates. Without locking down the price forever (it's the internet) and preventing them from ever increasing prices, let me tell you they are some of the cheapest (okay, the lowest priced) energy logs I can find in a 100 mile radius. In addition, they will sell you 1 or 100 at the same low price - just walk in, pay with your CC or cash and get hundreds of pounds of renewable resource (aka wood by-products) loaded into your vehicle. Great hours (open until 6PM M-F) and it was just an easy thing to do - drive up, tell the nice lady what I wanted, help her throw a 100 logs into the back for the SUV and drive off. Put down a blanket or plastic first, these things are compressed sawdust. And watch your payload, they weigh 8 lbs each for the logs. Burn great though and beats me having to pick up 2.5 cords of wood to last through the winter.

The logs are wonderful! They are affordable and a snap to light (that is, when we finally got around to following your simple and most effective instructions.) It was a pleasure meeting you and my wife looks forward to meeting you as well. We have told everyone who would listen about your great product as well as your outstanding customer service. This is my new crack! I love these energy logs. I generaly keep my house at 57deg, ouchie, and my bill is still $500 monthly in the winter. So the first night I burned these logs, 4 of em, from 2:30 in the after noon until 7:00 am the next day. I have a much happier household now....Thanks Dee Dee...the log crack dealer!

"Ok folks, Mike and I have had a pellet stove for about 4 yrs now. We USED to buy whatever pellets were on sale at various locations...Until Dee Dee turned us on to Mallard Creek pellets, now we won't go back to any other brand. I USED to have to use a HAMMER & CHISEL to clean out the clinkers from our stove, all the glues and additives made it nearly impossible to chip away that nasty residue. Now I just jiggle the handle and the ash and crusty parts just fall out on their own! Can't even begin to tell you how amazing that is, plus there are no more "funny odors" coming from my stove. Mallard Creek burns cleaner, hotter and much more efficiently than the box store brands for the same money- Wow! Thanks Dee Dee for setting us straight

Hi All! Just wanted to let you know that the logs burned all night last night! It was great… in fact my house was almost too hot which will be great on the cold nights!
